Okay, so some people have issues with this part of the movie (as well as other parts), but the message she’s trying her best to make a part of that little girl’s soul is just heart-wrenching.  Gets me everytime.

That was my favourite part of the movie. A child can never hear enough how important and loved he/she is. I don’t believe it creates a false sense of self importance, but a feeling of selfworth that will help you deal better with a lot of issues throughout your whole life.

President Obama, yelling at Presidential Candidates after they do nothing to stop the booing of gay soldiers.

Oh wow.

I don’t know why I am surprised at this, but I am. Presidential candidates thinking it’s “political convenient” to not stand up for their own people. And it shouldn’t be just because they are soldiers, I would think most normal people would be enraged by the booing of any gay people. Where I live, this would be considered extremly “political INconvenient”,and would probably kill your political carreer. I am happy to live in an open country where all people are treated with respect.

I am quite underwhelmed by the talent on the US X Factor. I don’t really see a big star at the moment.

However; this guy on Australian X Factor… He’s just got it! He’s 16, but he’s still the total package. Justin Beeber, who? If I had any kids, I’d rather they listened to this guy:-)
